I am a Certified Health & Life Coach, Yoga Instructor (500 RYT), Professional Organizer, Interior Decorator, Sound Healer, and (soon to be) Transformational Retreat Leader. I offer private Health & Life Coaching programs tailored to your specific needs, interests, and goals. I also provide private and public Yoga Classes (In-Person or Virtual) for individuals and businesses.
